"Belly is the last to go"
So ive heard... How far out were you when your belly started slimming down i had surgery 6/24 starting weight 232 im down 209 I CAN CROSS MY LEGS :) when i sit i love it i have seen extream differences in my face and thights even loosing my butt.. But belly is still big i went out last night and i felt beautiful. :)
Its the belly i need to work with is there excerises i can do to help?
Glad to hear you are feeling better and are seeing the positives of surgery. I remember reading on here before surgery from the folks that lost everywhere but the belly until the very end so I planned for that too. I have no clue what I've done but I've lost in every part of my body so far. More in the face, legs arms and boobs, but I have lost in my tummy as well. It's been way too hot for me to walk as much as I want so I've actually been swimming. Keep up the good work!
For me, it's my hips. I think it depends on our shape ultimately - but everyone does tend to lose at their extremities first.
Sadly there is no way to spot reduce when it comes to fat - your belly will shrink once you lose enough weight. Which sucks, eh?

I'm with Gwen. With me it was from the top down. Boobs first (except last time when I wanted it to be the boobs) and my ass was the last to go. And it really did go. To this day I don't know where it is.
