Another long timers checking in...
Since Nikki and Shari started this, I'll jump on board too!
Hello... my name is Pam and I'm still around too. Closing in on 7 years post-RNY and still maintaining my weight loss (working to kick these extra 20 pounds back to the curb) -- learned a hard lesson about stress management and not letting un-important things cause you so much stress that it effects your health. After 7 years of this new healthy lifestyle, I'm still healthy as ever. I'm still faithful with my vitamins, labs, doctor follow ups and still eat right (most of the time) and still love the life I set myself up for when I signed on for this ride. I'm 44 years old, so I figure I've got another 40-50 years to maintain my RNY health, and I'm up for the challenge.
As many of you know I kept a log of my WLS journey on a blog. I don't update the site anymore, but it's all still there if anyone wants to read it. www.PamTremble.blogspot.com
How are you doing??
~Pam
