Hahahaha....yup. Been there. 

Ha ha, that is pretty hilarious!

I haven't had any sweets yet but I have worked hard to find alternatives for my favorite carbs so I don't feel like I am being deprived and go on a bender lol.

Things I eat for crunch:

Roasted chickpeas

Cheese crisps (the no carb kind)

Things I found replacement for:

Soy shirataki noodles in place of pasta

Flatout Italian light wraps or Flatout Foldit flax breads to make "sandwiches" or "pizza" (using half of the wrap or the fold it)

Things that I eat even though I have to severely limit them:

A few tortilla chips at a Mexican restaurant

100 calorie bags of SmartPop popcorn

Things that I won't eat because I am too damn scared of the path I may go down:

Pasta, rice, bread, pizza, crackers, and any dessert (have not had a bite of a sweet in over 7 months)

There are definitely certain times in the month where the carb monster has a stronger voice!  Good luck :)  Em
