I have been craving ice cream for the past week. I put vanilla Live and Fit yogurt in the freezer and used a little bit of almond milk.I added a few frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries.Also some ice.I did add a little bit of banana and some extra splenda then put it in the blender.Fixed my ice cream fix.

Just make sure if using the frozen frui****ch for added sugar.Ended up not feeling well.I think if I used fre**** would have been okay.

Try the 20 cal, sugar free, Popsicle brand Creamsicle. They're wonderful and a nice change from the regular SF Popsucle.

This morning I made a protein shake with some strawberries and I dumped a container of sugar-free jello in it.The pre-made ones.It was good. I am not a big ice cream person. Usually I will make an ice coffee and that takes the crave away.
