Pre-Op Reading (or maybe first few months post op too)
I really enjoy reading everyone's posts and especially enjoy the VETs words of advice. I will happily learn from you! I just finished reading "Stranger Here" by Jen Larsen. She talks about her pre and post op journey. Especially interesting to me is the mind part - how you still think you're fat. Anyway, thought I'd share. I've been getting books out of the library and reading forums so I feel really informed when I get to meet with the surgeon (Hopefully soooon).

I enjoyed this book as a series of lessons of how not to live my life post-op.
