Yo-yoing?! NO!

So until about 3 weeks ago I was at a stall (I'm 7 mo post op). I starting losing again slowly... got to 175 a few days ago, woke up this morning and I was 179?! HOW?! I've been exercising, getting protein in, following the rules... Why am I gaining? It's been so hard for me to lose lately and I don't understand why.

Is it muscle? From you working out?

Weight fluctuates. If you are following your plan, it is a stall. Plus the closer to goal we get, generally the slower we lose. You may want to be strict about tracking your calories (weighing/measuring your portions) to make sure you are where you need to be. Are you taking your measurements?

I try to keep an eye on salt intake.It can make a difference.

I have gained four pounds from eating ham for dinner.  I drink water like crazy for a day or two until the weight is peed out.

So false alarm... I woke up this morning and I was back down to where I was before. Actually I lost another half pound from that. Funny the way our bodies work sometimes...
