100 Pounds Lost!

I really did it! For the first time in my life, I have lost 100 pounds and am still loosing. Many thanks to everyone on OH for the insights and words of encouragement. It has truly helped me through a lot of issues to hear how other people have handled it. (I have a before and after pic, but can't figure out how to post it from my iPad)

Here's to the next 90!

Sticking to my plan has been the biggest help. When I'm tempted to eat too much or the wrong foods or not exercise, my weight loss slows down. I get back on my plan and it takes off again.

Also, clearing the house of unhealthy foods and bringing in yogurts, baby bel light cheese, and fruitshelps
