Im at goal!

I haven't weighed myself in weeks. This morning I weighed in at 143, two pounds under my original goal. My question is...I feel like I could stand to lose more and set a lower goal. What is a healthy goal? I'm 5'8". I figure I would lose more and then bounce back to a steady weight. Thoughts or comments?
That's fantastic! You are smack dab in the middle of the Healthy BMI range, so I would say you have every right to declare victory and focus on a plan to maintain this weight. But whatever you decide, be happy with what you've accomplished.
6'3" tall, male. Maintaining a loss of 280 pounds.
Highest weight was 475. Consult weight 04/12 was 411. RNY on 08/21/12 at 359 lbs. Current weight 195.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.

Re losing more - if you feel you wanna do it - do it. You can always gain it back if you're not happy! Just once in my life I'd like to say, "I need to gain some weight"... what would THAT be like right?!?

I am 5'8 and they set a goal for me of 165... but that still seemed heavy. I set a goal of 155... then I made it 142. I have bounced around that range for 6 months now. I think my butt is still big and fluffy so I would like to lose more.
I am bottom heavy and in a size 8 usually. How about you?
