left foot tingling at night? any thoughts?

For the last month or so I have been noticing the bottom of my left foot starts tingling at night. Kind of like a neropothy or something. I have an appointment to see my doctor in 2 months but am getting frustrated by it.

I am almost 3 years out and have never missed on my supplements.

Anybody else experienced this?

I had a similar problem with my right foot feeling numb and tingly while walking on the treadmill, so I upped my D3, and it went away. My last labs showed my D3 is high, so now I'm dropping my intake - so far, no problems with my foot. Are your labs normal?

What's your B12 level?  Below about 400, people can get tingling in hands and feet, due to nerve damage.

I had same thing in foot and then it also moved into my calf.  For me, it was low B1 from lab work.  I added a super B complex from target that has 100mg of B1 to my daily regiment and it self corrected.

It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?

Ditto B1 for me... tingling, number fingertips went away after I added more B1 to (what I thought was already) plenty of supplements.

low B1, B12, D, or magnesium (and a few others )

or.. High B6 can mimic low B12... make sure your doc checks all B's
