Yep it is normal.
I went from a 270 lbs gal that could do tae bo and step aerobics to the girl that needed multiple naps for the first few weeks.
Then, my endurance and stamina went to hell for a few months. For exercise all I could do was WALK for 30 minutes. In yoga, I wanted to faint.
Then eventually, it all changed. Just. like. that.
