I have 5 days left till surgery day and I am starting to get a little nervous. I seem to be having trouble finding a chewable or liquid calcium citrate that I need at a reasonable price that I can afford. I really don't want to have to swallow 5-7 pills cut up at a time... does anyone have any suggestions
I used opurity Calcuim at the beginning and now I use a generic pill I take

A middle aged over the hump and over what "I'm suppose to do" woman, with the wild spirit and a nasty case of depression and anxiety!
My naturopath has me on a calcium-magnesium liquid, pharmax cal:mag berry liquid+. It's pretty decent. 1 tbsp has 500 mg of calcium citrate and 200 mg of magnesium citrate, plus some vitamin A, D, K and boron. I've also used calcium citrate pills, and was taking regular-sized pills within a few days of surgery.
