sugar level low n hot flashes

my sugar level has been low. i have been have extreme hot flashes off and on 3-4 times a day....i had my rny surgery 05/2011 any suggestion

Search for reactive hypoglycemia. Very common after RNY - long term. The hot flashes may be a part off low blood sugars.

Reactive hypoglycemia can be controlled most of the time by a strict diet.
