Hello! While I have reached my goals, I have been continuing to lose about one pound per week. I saw my NUT this morning *****commended that I add calories by adding peanut butter, nuts, avocado, cheese, etc. I am heading to the store after work to check out the peanut butter aisle. What brand(s) do you like - looking for peanut butters without hydrogenated oils. Thanks!

I am 5'8 and my surgeons goal was 165 and mine was 155 but I got to 142 and then bounced right back up when I started adding calories. I am 155 now but I am super duper swollen from plastics last week.
Now that I have seen 142, I really want to weigh 135. I am bottom heavy with no boobies so my proportions make me want to lose more I think.
