:) I actually did end up having it for lunch, and it was delish! Basically a grilled chicken salad with cucumbers and tomatoes, and the hummus was the dressing, which is a great idea. Very lemony and refreshing. I could barely eat 1/4 of it because im only two months post op and dense protein feels like bricks in my stomach!
Panera's so-called "Hidden Menu" has in fact been around a while and it's fabulous. The Power Chicken Hummus Bowl in particular is one of my favorites.
However, in my experience its ingredients and amounts - and therefore its nutrition information - can vary a lot based on who's making it. For example, I've gotten anywhere between one little ice cream scoop of hummus and three of them. I don't think it's a lot to worry about (you can do a lot worse than an extra 100 calories of hummus) but it's something to keep in mind.
