ONEDERLAND

I finally went under 200 a few days ago, I have waited to see if I would stay there before I said anything!  I couldn't believe it was real, so thankful.

Also I just want to thank you all for your posts, I come on everyday and have been helped and encouraged by reading other peoples questions and the answers received.  Like when I had my 3 1/2 week stall, I didn't get alarmed, I had expected it.  Myy husband thought I was doing something wrong and started telling me what to do.  I told him that it was to be expected and the weight would start going back down, that's what the people on the forum say to expect.
