Nine Months Progress Pictures -- 148 pounds lost so far

I thought that I'd share my nine month (actually 8 months and 28 days...) progress. I still have a long way to go -- a bit more than 40 pounds more to lose. Still, I'd like to think that the difference is enough to add some inspiration. Much more important, I am so much healthier than I was nine months ago.

Before.

This is last November with my son and true reason that I had to change my life. I've got a lot to live for!

After

Kathryn, you look so beautiful, healthy and happy! Bravo! I am only 2 1/2 weeks status post RNY, and posts and pictures like yours help keep me motivated and thinking positive! Congratulations on your efforts!
