Made a mistake...lesson learned!

How on earth did you manage to drink 4 glasses of wine in one night, I still can't drink more then one glass of anything with alcohol without getting an immediate headache and a stomach ache.  I have no idea how people develop drinking problems.  To me it is a nightmare to even have a few sips.  I tried having a drink for my birthday, I had about 4 sips of a pina colada and the next day my head hurt so bad.  I thought I was safe but apparently not.

Just consider it a lesson learned.
