4 days in, horrible taste in mouth, everything tastes horrible so I'm having a hard time...
Have you tried crystal light or sugar free popsicles? That was pretty much all I could tolerate for the first few weeks...and they were the only things that actually tasted good to me. Everything else was a struggle...

The weird taste in your mouth is from ketosis. It means your body is doing what it's supposed to--burning fat. It will go away after your body adjusts. I really went crazy with sugar free mints for a while but it eventually went away. Hang in there as I promise your taste buds will get back to normal again. Just try crystal light or flavor drops because you have got to get fluids in or you will even worse! Hang in there!
