Pre Op blood work

Hello All,

I received a call from the internists office today, asking me to get blood work done stat.  The tests were for CBC and Prothrombin Time INR.  My surgery is Tuesday AM, Is this normal? Should I be worried?

 I got blood work done but I had a 3 week window to do it.. My surgery is Monday.  I would not worry I think it is standard.

I had bloodwork done about 2 weeks before my surgery... Good luck!!
