more waiting???

I have never waited so much in my life.  LOL....  Now that I am approved I have to wonder how long it takes to actually get a surgery date.  At least I am growing in patience 

I think it depends on your insurance. With kaiser they say about 6-9 months, but it only took me about four months, and it would've been less if I hadn't forgotten a binder that was mandatory to bring with you to all your appointments.

Either way, take this time to start learning a new way to eat and drink, exercise, take vitamins and so on.

I would call the surgeons office and ask.  My surgeons office called to tell me I was approved for surgery and I got my date right then and there.  

I just may do that.  When they submitted to my insurance they submitted a date of November 4th.  Oh how amazing that would be.

My doctor has to give the date when they submit to insurance or it won't be approved. He said the date will be 2-3 weeks after that appointment so I am hoping for a week of Thanksgiving surgery date (I have paid days off that week from the holiday). I would call your doctor and ask and ask them how often they are okay with you calling cuz otherwise I would call everyday without any guidance

Oh I really really want to call but I am trying not to be a pest. Lol. I thought I would hold off until Friday.
