Has anyone read any books about WLS that you would recommend?

If you are still early in the process, “Emotional First + Aid Kit” was a decent read. It is more about the psychological changes you will have to go through to be successful after WLS.

I cannot recommend enough “Eating Well after Weight Loss Surgery.” It’s a cook book, but everything I’ve tried from there is delicious, not terribly complicated to make, and can be modified so you can serve your family and yourself the same meal. It was pretty spot-on to my nutritionists plan as well.

Do you know who the author of Emotional First + Aid Kit" is?
