ricotta pancakes

I plan to make ricotta pancakes from Eggface's recipes tomorrow.  I realized she has several different recipes.  I'm leaning toward making the savory ones.  Anyone have any favs?

Where do you get multi grain pancake mix?  They sound soo good!!  I am going to have to check your site for recipes for thanksgiving.

The one I use is made by Arrowhead Mills (most health food, whole food, type stores carry it) Coaches (the oatmeal people) make a mix that you can get at costco I like the Arrowhead one's stats and taste best. Really you can use any though whatever you normally use will work.

That's so funny because I deliberately bought some Ricotta cheese for the first time ever in my life to try Eggface's Ricotta bake!  Now I feel super cool.
