no sleep
I am almost two months post op surgery and since the surgery I have not been able to sleep. I always find myself just wide awake at night and unable to fall asleep. I may fall asleep like 8 or 9 but I wake up again about 12 then I'm up for a few hours then I wake up again at 5 or 6 then I am up all day literally. I be wanting to go to sleep but can't. Have anybody else experienced no sleep and know what I could do or take to get more rest.
Why are you going to bed so early? If you sleep from 8 until midnight, that is 4 hours of sleep, and then, if you sleep from 3-6 that is another 3 hours, so that is 7 hours of sleep, which is probably what most people get. How many hours of sleep do you normally get?
Perhaps if you would wait until 10 or 11 to go to sleep, you would be more tired and would sleep better?

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
