Update! I've been gone awhile. crazy how life gets in the way.. Almost 2 years out heading out for my appointment next week, I started June 2012 at 276 lbs and surgery December 17 at 235.. My lowest was 154 in November 2013 then I sit now (November 2014) at 160-165. I understand the weight loss but I now want to lose fat. I have belly fat (not skin) to get rid of and would love some tips to shed some pounds. I've minimal eating issues other than with gluten and sugar (don't eat wheat products d/t severe pain and swelling but not celiac and sugar d/t extreme hypoglycemia). Any help would be appreciated !! How are yall doing??? Here are some updated pictures too! can't wait to hear from everyone ❤️

You lose fat by losing weight. There is really no way to spot reduce which is why people get lipo and plastic surgery.

Dr. Oz has tips on how to lose belly fat but I'm not sure if they really do much.

I do understand that. I only worded it that way because I always get replies about "not needing to lose more weight".
