8 Months Out and Stuck
I'm 8 months post RNY and I've lost over 95 pounds so far. While I'm grateful for the loss, I've been stuck at 191 pounds for a month! I'm eating somewhere between 900 - 1100 calories and taking a spin class 3 times a week and try to get on the treadmill when not at spin. I suppose I could be building muscle but it's frustrating to not see the scale move. Could I be done losing? Any advice and getting the weightloss moving again?

I am by NO means and expert, I am 9.5 months out and the last 2 months I've really seen the scale slow down. The last week, I've dropped my carbs to 40 or below and upped my protein to 80+ grams and I've finally seen some scale movement. It could just be a fluke, but I'm going to stick with it for awhile and see what happens. I was at about 1200 cals a day, but I wasn't really watching my carbs and looking back at MFP, I was averaging closer to 75 - 80 carbs/day. I, like you, was going to spin class 3 - 4x's wk. I don't know how close you are to goal, but I know that also causes a slow down....hope this helps and good luck!
