RNY on 11/10/14

While walking around the block. Flat on my face. Knee scraped up and nose a little bloody. Stomach feels ok so I'm giessinf not to worry about that since the work is on the inside of my belly. I still have a lot of padding. Lol I see my surgeon in the morning for my first post op anyway so I'll mention it to me. Boy do I feel stupid. Weigjt is still stalled too. Been a full week. Even up .2 today. But still plugging away.

So sorry to hear that you fell.  Don't feel stupid - you were out walking and getting some exercise (which is a good thing).  Don't get discouraged.  Things will get better!  Good luck tomorrow at your doctor's visit.

Did you trip and fall or pass out and fall?

Exercise (or any kind of physical activity) inherently has dangers that could hurt you.  However, so does inactivity.

I just fell recently too. I was running in a field and stepped in a ground hog hole.

I could have broken something.

Keep trucking.

I tripped on a curb that was a little higher than the rest of it. I was walking my dog and have my seven yeae old son with me. It scared him. Poor guy.

I am sorry for your accident.

However, I am happy to hear it wasn't you passing out.

Please be extra easy on yourself today and tomorrow.

Glad you are OK... I just wanted to add this... as you lose weight be sure to get new sneakers. You probably will lose a size in your feet most of us do but regardless get new ones... we wear them differently when we are heavier, ill-fitting sneakers could cause falls too.

Typical stall time... no worries keep making the best choices you can each day and the scale will reflect eventually. Body is trying to hold onto those fat stores but it can't last.

Best to you!
