16 Days Post Op and in what I assume is the "3 week stall."
Here I am a little over two weeks out. Haven't dropped a single pound in the last 7 days but I'm not surprised or worried about it at this point. The first week I was losing 1-2 lbs a day so I'm sure my body is just pulling in the reigns trying to slow things down a bit.
As of Friday I've been allowed to eat solid food. As a result I am now finding it more difficult to get all my water in. I didn't have any problem prior to that. I think I may need to ease off the solid food a bit and put the protein shakes firs****er second, and allow myself solid food once I have both of those in. Thoughts/suggestions?
I have already dropped one clothing size in both tops and pants so that's super exciting!

Congratulations on the great work and not panicking. I went into a 3 1/2 week stall my first month and I panicked. It doesn't help. It will pass. Yes when you start to eat food, it makes things more difficult. I still find it harder to drink fluids once I've eaten something. So on my best days my routine is drink 16oz water while getting ready, showering etc. Drink my protein drink- 12-16oz. Then later have coffee or tea 12-16oz.(or more water) If I do that by lunch time I have a good start to my fluids.. I usually don't eat solid food until lunch. Last couple of days I've been infusing my water with lemon juice and orange slices with a little stevia. Sort of like a lemonade. Sometimes I like to drink out of mason jars. They are measured - 16oz - and they look small...not so intimidating...hahaha. Good Luck
