Dr's plan increases the amount of food
Dr plan increases the amount of food from 4oz, to up to a cup and a half. I can't eat that much, the most I can do is about 6 oz and then I feel really full, so I stick to around a 4 oz serving. I am 9 weeks out and wondering what others are eating size wise. I called the Dr office and they said don't worry about it. Some people I have read on OH stay at 4 oz but I noticed others eat more per meal.
What do you eat size wise?
Hey Bubbles, for me, early out and still today, it totally depends on what kind of food we're talking about. I still can't eat more than 4oz of dense protein like meat, but given me a cup and a half of yogurt? No problem!
Just listen to your body, don't try to force yourself to eat a larger portion.

At six weeks, my doctor's plan increased my food up to 3/4 to 1 cup per meal. Some days, I get 1 cup in, others, maybe only 1/2 cup.

150 lost and maintaining!
Like WCDaniels, my doc increased to 3/4 - 1 cup. I am still getting about 1/2 cup or 2 oz of protein. I might manage a few bites of veggie more than that, but not much more. I can eat a whole container of greek yogurt now (with nothing else). I do think it matters what the food is . . . chicken and shrimp fill me up and I can't get in the 3 oz that I am supposed to be eating right now.
