3 month appt and NSV
I had my 3-month appt today -- I've lost 50 pounds and all my blood levels were good, except protein was a little low and iron was a little high The NUT told me to increase protein to 80 gm per day, add in more fruits and veg, and switch to a multi that doesn't contain iron. Both she and my doc were very pleased with how I'm doing -- as am I!
Now for the NSV...as I was sitting waiting in the doc's office, I was playing Words with Friends on my phone and suddenly realized I had my LEGS CROSSED! I haven't been able to cross my legs in years...and I didn't even realize I had done it! Woot!!!
