Liquid diet fail?

i just completed day 4 of my liquid diet. Haven't cheated once. I've been having premiere protein shakes as well as broth. One cup of veggies. Usually just raw peppers. Lots of water too. As stated before I'm really hungry. 

today was the first day I felt nauseous and a little irritable.

also, I still haven't lost any weight. What is going on!!!!!!

Probably holding fluids because of the salty broth. It'll fall  off. I didn't weigh often, but lost 10 lbs on my one week prep. 

My surgeon gave me phentermine which helped the cravings and weight loss

AWWW ! My surgery twin! It's going to get better. I know the weight will start coming off. I weighed myself for the first time this morning since I started liquid pre-op diet and I have lost 7 pounds. So don't worry about that scale I refuse to get on the scale again until I go to my pre-op appointment. Try that with me..?? I are NOT giving up... Just keep doing what you're doing and the result will come.

When I did my post op I looked at it as getting me ready for the change in food I would eat. For me it was a time to see the awful foods I was used to eating and learning the whys I ate myself to this weight. I never weighed myself and didn't pay attention to the weight loss part of it. That was a bonus.
