I would bet 10,000 bucks. It is physically impossible to eat 500 calories a day, with or without exercise, and not lose weight. You could put someone in a medically induced coma and they would lose weight on 500 calories.

wait wait wait .. wth are you taking about? you've had surgery as well .. a mgb according to previous posts

Hey, I'm in Adelaide and had my mgb 3 weeks ago and have lost 8kg. I was my surgeons 1st mgb with no complications, I'm very happy that I had a fast recovery. The mgb is safer and simpler than Roux-ny with slightly more weight loss because it bypasses more bowel.

As for your addiction, a dietician can help with that, but that restriction and feeling of fullness from grehlin being reduced in this surgery will greatly help with your hunger anyway. Clint

Wait, wait wait... you resorted to weight loss surgery to lose weight? Please be joking. You couldn't even lose the weight without proper diet and exercise? Wow some people take the easy road it looks like

For ur information, I was on 500 calories a day and 3 hours exercise a day which I guarantee would be more than you, so why wasn't I still losing weight then ms medical expert? mmm Go figure. Let me guess, I wasn't starving myself enough for your liking?

I bet u don't recommend anti depressants to depressed people either? Lets just get rid of the pharmacy all together then lols To many Tom Cruise movies I think

500 calories a day AND exercising 3 hours a day? And you STILL had to take phentramine?

Gosh, maybe you should have gone to 200 calories and exercising 6 hours a day.

So when's your revision surgery? Next week?

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

True. At your highest of 475, I would have tried anything, your incredibly lucky u weren't bed bound and or dead. That's why I never let it get that bad and took drastic action before I ate myself to death

Perhaps you should go back under whatever bridge you crawled out from under....

14 years out; 190 pounds lost, 165 pound loss maintained

You're incredibly lucky nobody has taken the bait and accepted that insult.
