Onederland!!
Of course I was at the docs on Wednesday, and although he was very pleased with my progress I was still bummed that I was just over the 200 mark. However, I am beaming right now as I just stepped on the scale and saw 198.2!! Haven't seen that weight since I was 19...20 years ago!! I am so exhilarated that I am in tears...happy of course! Proud to be in Onederland and never going to look back!
For those of you just starting out, it's very hard not to get frustrated but please always hold strong. I am 7 months out and I hit stalls that typically last 3-4 weeks and I know that's my pattern but sometimes it just..well...sucks! That being said, I know that at this stage my loss will slow but eventually every stall will subside and good things will come. I am happier, healthier, have more energy, and am chasing my dream of becoming a nurse (which I absolutely LOVE!). My only regret is not doing this sooner!
Happy Holidays everyone and big love to all!
Congratulations!!! You're doing great!
