What does a stomach bug feel like after RNY?

RNY on 11/18/14

One of my daughters has been sick. This morning when I woke up I took my medicine, 2 pills with two drinks of water. Within an hour, I threw up. It was definitely not enough to overfill my pouch. I have taken the medicine on an empty stomach before. I also have low stomach cramps. Just feeling drained right now, exhausted.

Thoughts?

You won't be vomiting digested food, acid or bile now - in fact if I get a stomach bug it's definitely in the form of diarrhea or maybe IMMEDIATE vomiting after eating.

I got a devil of a bug when I went to India 6 years ago and wasn't able to keep anything down or in for about 6 weeks - other than that, I really don't remember getting many stomach bugs in the last 10 years - definitely not as many as my 11 year old who ruined his bedroom AND our hall carpet last week!
