Day 1 of liquid diet ..

Sorry you are having trouble with it. I just have a headache right now that I know will go away in a few days. I've done liquid before for a month. I'll be ok. 

The pre-op diet stinks, but it will be over soon.  I don't know what your after plan is like, but mine is puréed food.  It's been quite pleasant after 2 weeks of protein shakes! I am still having a protein shake most days because it's hard to get my protein in.  But it's nice variety to add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and puréed soups. Anyway, it will be worth it in the end!
