(Protein**** cream for breakfast!

I love ice cream. It was always my go-to treat. So when I first saw Shelly's (http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2008/08/protein-ice-cream.html) protein ice cream I couldn't wait to try it.

For Christmas I got an ice cream maker with two bowls, and the aeorlatte frother thing. The day after Christmas I pulled them both out, and have been on an ice cream making kick since.

It is so, so, so good. And it's really been helping me reach my protein goals without trying to choke down a shake. Somehow frozen makes everything better!
