Holiday Nightmare
My holidays went horrible! I had RNY 10/15/2014 and already had way too many sweets over these last couple days. It all started the week before Xmas, I baked some things for my husband's work and tried them... Only to find out it didn't cause dumping! So i've pretty much taken a couple bites of sweets here and there since. I weighed in last night and still lost 1.5lbs in less than a week and that is even scarier... Makes me feel I can get away with it. Pleasee help me get back on track! Now I feel guilty, gross, and discouraged :(
