One year from liquid diet start

Today a year ago was the start of this new journey. I down 125 lbs, planning 5-7 more lbs.

It has been a good year but it isn't like I expected. I still employe every diet trick I've ever used. Food is easily the focus of my everyday and my head is always hungry.

I like the full feeling and focus on foods that give me that feeling. I could graze all day if I wanted to, and I always want to do so. I live and work with food 24/7.

I am running often and I have a new closet of clothes. Jammies, robes, bras, underwear, workout clothes, shoes, and even socks!

I met with a plastic surgeon yesterday. Whew, big money! But hopefully I'll dive in this next summer!

Congrat's you look great, thanks for sharing. Your photos, what a difference, I could swear your smile is larger as you've lost weight. You have done a good job, your family pictures show your happiness. Way to go!
