MY FIRST REAL MEAL!!!
Happy New Year!!!!
Hope all is well with everyone. On my follow up visit, I learned of all my vitamin deficiencies. So along with my vitamins, I have to take additional prescription of Vitamins in liquid form for 8 weeks...
Did anyone else have this issue?
Other than that... I have exceeded his expectations on weight loss and following the plan well.
I am now on a Soft Smooth Diet.. So I had a the pleasure of eating tuna for lunch .... And about 5 glorious bites of grilled chicken for dinner...
Hope Everyone is doing well..
Congrats, you're doing great! One of my first meals was refried beans with lowfat shredded cheese on top. It was so delicious :) I'm glad you're enjoying the tuna. Grilled chicken was tough for me in the beginning (still is sometimes) :(

Your first meals are so exciting. You are doing great. I had trouble that first week with tuna, and haven't wanted to try it again. Yet I do chicken salad. We should all celebrate our meals with such Thanksgiving. :)
