Finally cold
Hello
I don't see a surgery date but will assume you have had surgery. This is normal as your body loses its insulation and you will feel cold for some time. After you lose the weight this will level out some but again just think of all the build in padding you have lost. It makes sense you would feel the cold. Keep us posted on how you are doing

My surgery was January 16th last year. Living in Mn during the winter has never been a problem until this year. My hands especially are always cold, and it gets worse when I drink a lot of fluids. The days of walking outside in shorts and tee shirts in January are definitly behind me.
Congratualtions on your success and buy more jackets/gloves/socks!!
I am waiting to have my surgery. But When I had lost over 100 lbs on WW and before I gained 75 of it back, I found that I too got very cold. Even in the summer I would a lot of times sit out on the Patio with a sweater on or sweatshirt. Losing weight=losing insulation....I will put on a sweater or coat anytime vs being fat!!!
