Be kind to yourself. You just had a baby. There is a Getting back on track forum. You still have your tool. Go back to basics Protein first then veggies and fruit and carbs only if you have room. 60 - 80g protein minimum. at least 64oz water. Maybe cut out carbs totally for a few days until you feel back on track. Are you taking your vitamins? Track what you eat. You can do this! Try visiting the "What are you eating today RNYers?" post M-F for inspiration and ideas. I have seen multiple posts on here of people who lost the regain. You are not alone.

You don't need a revision, you just need to get back to basics. Surgery doesn't fix our heads. You can do this

I also think you need to focus on your eating. The chances are very slim that there is actually anything wrong with your bypass you have just gotten into bad habits.

The only revision you can have from bypass is to a DS. It is a very risky surgery, and there are only a few surgeons in the US who have any real experience with it.

Please try the Back on Track group. Good luck.
