Well... It's Friday..... And nothing!!!

Stuck ... 208-209! I'm normally cooler than a fan ... LOL!!  But I'm having a slight freak out moment ... 

I'm like breath...breath..breath...

How did you get through your stall???

Should I change something?? I don't know what else can change lol ... Following the guide to the tea.. Lol!

I would NOT say you're at a stall, I just had my 1 month check up and I've lost 27 pounds since surgery day. You're doing just fine.

and when you break 200 ( like I did) you will be jumping up and down !!!!  I'm now 195 was 220 surgery day.

change up what you are eating, continue to exercise, plenty of water and limit carbs to under 50gms/day. I am stalled this week also and it is frustrating! but it will pass and the weight will come off.

Follow your schedule, don't weigh yourself unless you go to the doctor's office.
