HEY EVERYONE !!!
I think I'm FINALLY starting to turn the corner. I'm 4 1/2 weeks out and TODAY was the first day that I haven't been nauseated. I got in a LOT of water and was also able to eat twice. NOT applesauce and NOT toast !!!! I'm praying that today is the first of many good days. Some of you have been really hard on me, and I get it, but trust me I did not do this to fail. I don't see my doctor again until Feb. 27th so I'm hoping this trend continues. If not, I'm calling him to get a prescription for an anti-nausea med. Thanks for listening to my whining and my small victory today !!!
I am not there yet (4 weeks) but I really appreciate the ppl here who WILL respond...I see a lot of "views" but not a lot of responds....
I feel like bc we all are on this journey that sometimes we have more ideas or answers than doctors...(i'm not saying do not seek medical help when really needed)
But as I go thru this..I hope I can be a help to someone
Glad you are feeling better. Get that protein in and liquids, it will make you feel better. Not enough liquids will make you nauseous. I used to have a lot of nausea in the beginning and what helped me was Peppermint Tic Tacs. I would put two in my mouth and bite them and just kind of let them melt in there, not swallow. For me it really helped.

Hi,
FYI, I am 3 1/2 months out and I wake up and am very nauseated sometimes. For no apparent reason. I have the patch to help with it. I don't need it everyday but there are days I know food would not settle well. I have more days when this is not an issue. Good luck with this it is different for everyone.
