B12
It's a B-12 nasal spray. I get mine by mail from ProCareRx. (800) 699-3542
I believe that you need a doctor's prescription.
PS - I have begun to use the Patch multi-vitamins from PatchMD.com They are great, I'll know how effective when I get my routine blood testing done in 2 months.
People really have widely different B12 needs, so there really is no such thing as a once a week B12. If one person needs a certain dosage once a week, someone else may need twice that much, and another person may only need it every three weeks.
Have labs done. See the results yourself. DO NOT accept a doctor or nurse simply saying your levels are ok. Get a printout of the numbers, and track them each time. Watch if the trends are going up, down, or staying the same. Adjust the amount you take according to both your recent results, and long term trends. In real life, once a week is really vague, and almost certainly wrong.
The ASMBS recommends 500mg daily. I need to take 2,500 twice a week to keep my levels where I need them. But that will change sooner or later.

What do you mean by once a week B12?
