Need motivation! Before and after pics with a 178 lb weight loss in 2 years!
Been feeling kinda down lately because this last 25 lbs to lose is a *****! I have to admit that I have been eating some bad things here and there and I need to stop. Its so much easier to eat bad things the farther out you are. I thought that coming here and posting some before and afters would give me some motivation and it totally has. Its been almost 2 years since surgery. High weight was 373 and current weight is still 195. Been here for several months.
My 2 years follow up with surgeon in March 12th and then I have a plastic surgery consult on March 16th to see about getting a panniculectomy. SO excited! But first I want to get into the 180's before I see my surgeon. Looking at these pics reminds me of how far I have come!
25 more lbs! I know I can do it!
Amazing, what a difference. As someone with similar height and weight stats, It is inspirational.

Oh my Lord, how fantastic do you look. I am sitting here contemplating starting the two week preop liquid phase and not knowing which way to go with my op. Doc says I might have to have a RNY when originally I wanted a sleeve because of scar tissue left by my lap band. I have read so much stuff about both ops and was almost convinced on the RNY but then I see stuff about ulcers and issues with old stomach connecting to the new pouch and fistulas etc and it makes me panic. I am wishing I never had the lap band but I can't go back and change it and now I am torn between both ops. But I see your post and I think how freakin awesome you look and that is where I want to be in a year or so. I am sick of being like this. But I am so so nervous and I don't know what to do. Was this the first ever surgery you had?
