NSV for me

I was visiting with a friend yesterday and we were chatting away.  We were discussing something and leaned into each other and when I did this I crossed my legs for the first time in years and it took me a while to realize what I had done.  It really made me grin/happy, I know this is just the beginning of NSV's as I lose the rest of my weight. 

Awesome!  I know what that feels like!  I love sitting in church or in a meeting and crossing my legs and just thinking "I CAN DO IT!"

Happy dance time!!

I recently posted something similar. I sat in my class with my legs crossed for the whole class! I sat there the entire time being completely aware of it and loving every minute of it!  I'm really happy for you! Keep up the good work...we got this!

I read your post and thought, "good for her, I haven't done that in years".  Then not another thought.  Until it happened to me and it took me awhile to realize I was crossing my legs.  Then I thought of you and wondered if you were doing a happy dance too.  Your right we got this

I cross my legs ALL the time just because I can! Congratulations!
