Greetings All!

Well I am 36 pounds away from my goal of 150 pounds. Had my surgery December 22, 2014 and I am SHOCKED on my progress!! I AM DOING IT!! However, I am a little concerned because I am stuck right on 185.6. Hasn't moved a bit... I am like I know I am following the rules. LOL!!

Any Suggestions??? I am still not a major meat girl still. Primarily vegetables, fruit, some tuna (rare), and chicken.

Thank You ALL for ALL you do!!!

My first stall was around month 5-6 and I remember I was in the 180s for over a month.  I think it's totally normal, your body is trying to catch up.  My goal is also 150, so we have a lot in common!!  xoxo

You are doing great.  You are just going to have to ride it out. You know how to do it. Just keep doing what you are doing and the scale will eventually move.

Dang girl you're doing better than me! I had my surgery on August 8th, I'm sitting at 193. I've been in the low 200s/190s for about three months now - it slows down and you get a little stuck. I've started losing again by doing more exercise and being very strict on my low carb. It's not moving fast at all, but the muscle I'm building makes me look a lot smaller than 193! Measure your inches!

Yes! My dad said the same thing. Dont look at the scale... Look at the inches.

I was stuck in the 180's, went to Spain for a week in 2012 where I enjoyed all kinds of interesting new food and drink (and walked a gazillion miles a day), and came back in the 170's.

Also came back from France 5 pounds lighter last year after two weeks of French food (and again a gazillion miles of walking).

Shake things up a bit, it might help.

I am right there with you. Surgery was 10/15/14, and I am 28 pounds away from my goal.  I've been stuck for 4 weeks at 197.  I am so frustrated.  Ramping up the walking!  Thank God for this forum!
