What is your favorite exercise DVD?

I've been using Leslie Sansone's Walk DVD "5 Really Big Miles". Anyone can do it. I highly recommend it! You can walk anywhere between 1-5 miles at home. It is easy marching, stepping, kicking, nothing complicated. I even use it to clean the house to sometimes. I put in the DVD and March around the house cleaning and picking up. I'm sure I look stupid but Im getting in my steps! Whatever works!!

I'm feeling motivated so I wanted to share the idea. I had surgery almost 2 years ago. The first year I did fine and lost most of my excess weight. The second year I just maintained and didn't really exercise. Now I'm ready to lose the last 25 pounds and exercise again. I have a fit bit, am logging my food intake, logging my water, and logging my steps daily. It's working!!

Does anyone have a good exercise DVD or motivational idea or tool that is working?

I walk 5 miles a day with two 70lb motivators - they don't let me make any excuses, rain, snow or shine!   I usually have my 10k steps done by 9am

I have never used exercise dvds because I think I would come up with all sorts of reasons why I couldn't do it.  Good for all those who find ones that keep them motivated to do it every day!

A couple years ago I found several of her videos on the exercise channel on cable TV.  I really liked how 'doable' her workouts were.  I wonder if she's still available on cable or if you have to buy her videos now?

With all of the channels I have you would think there is an exercise channel but no! I used to have one.
