So that I can really understand what I am reading - what does NUT stand for? Thanks!

Put "acronyms" into the search feature (the magnifying glass on the blue bar) and you will find lists of everything you will ever need to know

That is good advice, but for the purpose of this post, it means nutritionist.

**Side note.  Don't know if its me but your post did not come through as english.  Its like a font you used to create it or something.  I had to copy and paste it into google to read it.  Anyone else seeing this or is it something with my machine?  (could very well be)

On my phone I can read it.  On my computer it is in a font that is unreadable.  I think its because my phone might not have that font in it.

NUT is a nutritionist.

Anyone can hang out a shingle and call themselves a nutritionist. Registered Dieticians need a college degree, a professional license and exam, and continuing education credits. Big difference.
