I had RNY 11/17/2014. I just hit the 100 lb mark today. HW/SW 307 now today I am at 207. Cant wait to hit Onderland......

Wondering how low I will get too. Considering this is almost my one year anniversary. I hope I will still lose a lot more. How much did you guys lose in second year and in first year?

I am only slightly ahead of you, but i lost about 25 pre-op and then 140 the first year. In the 3 months since my first anniversary I lost about 13lbs. I lost 2 lbs month 13, 9lbs month 14, and 2lbs month 15. So a swift slow down. I had several people in my support group who were a year ahead of me and went on to lose 60-80lbs their second year. So I have hope of meeting my goal.

Both of you are so inspiring!!! Four days post-op all I want to do is eat an entire pizza, so it's great to see this being so worth it!!!! I'm verging on 260 now, hoping to be in Onederland by my 27th birthday in September. Thanks so much for sharing your amazing progress!!!

That depends on you!but probably another 60 lbs,(over next 8-12 months) maybe more if you stay the plan.

My advise... Work YOUR program...

... follow your surgeons orders...take supplements your surgeon has on your post op list. When changes are made to that list, be sure to note the date and why.

Do a monthly check against the list , Make sure you have not accidently skipped something.

.... Get your protein! Get your water! Work your exercise plan. Chill! De-stress! Enjoy life!

Use the PostOp Planner tool in Resources to see if you are on track and when you should reach your goal weight. You will be surprised at how accurate it is.

Congrats on your success ! You will make it to wonderland in no time.... I did not keep track of weight loss numbers monthly but my second year surgiversary is 11-26-15. I was 369 lbs day of surgery and today am at 167 lbs. I think everyone varies in the weight loss numbers, depending on starting weight, etc. I can say that once I hit the 15 month mark, I have had to step it up to see the scale move in the right direction and keep the carbs out of my mouth! lol. I wish I had more input for you but I am a work in progress. Again, congrats !

I'm 10 months out and have lost 91 pounds. You are doing awesome! I keep thinking I am done loosing and then the scale surprises me. I have heard from the vets that your body will let you know when you are done. This RNY was the best decision of my life. Good luck.
