Wish there was a LOVE button!

And I hear you on the geniunenss [sic]. White Dove or Selhard say we need to create a new mental identity of ourselves as a normal sized, healthy people. Your fitness routine is a part of that new identity.

And that is really cool.

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !

Go to classes so that you'll be your best whe. You're there and when you get there, tell the instructor about your goal.  They will help you hold yourself accountable.  You can do this Nik!!!

Get your calender out - write down the hours the Y is open each day.  Make a plan 2-3 days ahead.  You can kick this schedule's butt, easy.

I'm a band revision too. Just 2 weeks post op from RNY. Didn't think I'd be this hungry so soon and wishing I could eat more. But I'm grateful for the chance to start over. Hope you are doing well also!

You can do this! Now that school is done maybe you can schedule some time in when you had to study or be in class. Congrats too on first finishing up your degree. That had to be harder than 12 days at the y. I don't know how old your kids are but many ys have daycare services or even classes for kids. That would be a great gift to them to start early with a healthy exercise habit.

Not crazy at all!!!! We all set goals for ourselves and it's about committment. You can do this, get up early, work out at your lunch hours, do it at night when everyone else is in bed. This is for you, take care of you for once and do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
